PENANG: The government expects the public hearing for Penang Hill Special Area Plan (SAP) (Substitution) to commence in September.
State Town and Country Planning Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said instead of the typical one month for public hearings such as this, the state planned to extend it to two months.
