JOHOR BARU: The Johor Cerebral Palsy Association – one of the state’s oldest non-governmental groups – is on the brink of being closed down.
The 53-year-old association, which runs a school that rehabilitates and treats children and young adults with cerebral palsy, only has about RM50,000 in their bank account.
