Penang looking at huge losses from room cancellations


GEORGE TOWN: With no sign of the Covid-19 viral outbreak easing soon, Penang is beginning to face the heat of losses in tourism.

Penang Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) chairman Khoo Boo Lim (pic) said the state was currently looking at RM4mil to RM5mil in revenue loss from room cancellations alone.
