GEORGE TOWN: The Penang government has announced that a minimum fee of RM4 will be imposed on breeders of livestock such as pigs, goats, sheep and deer.
State Agricultural Committee chairman Dr Afif Bahardin said the fees would be imposed starting April 1 every time an animal is transported out of the district or state.
