Lynas to sue those making fake claims about its disposal facility


PETALING JAYA: Rare earth producer Lynas Malaysia, in debunking what it says are "false statements" made about its permanent disposal facility (PDF) to be built in Bukit Ketam, says it will not hesitate to pursue legal action against those making such claims.

Lynas Malaysia said the PDF in Bukit Ketam, Kuantan for its water leach purification (WLP) residue will not affect the water supply of Kuantan residents as some have claimed.
