SIBU: The Sibu Customs Department has foiled an attempt to smuggle contraband cigarettes worth RM357,000 here.
State Customs chief Dato' Sharifah Halimah Tuanku Taha said an enforcement team inspected several boxes at about 10.15am on Tuesday (Feb 4) near the Kapit Jetty and Song Ship cargo in Sibu.
