PUTRAJAYA: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah presented awards, honours and medals to 188 recipients in conjunction with the Federal Territory Day celebration at Istana Melawati here.Three people – led by Federal Court Judge Datuk Mohd Zawawi Salleh – received the Seri Mahkota Wilayah award, which carries the title “Datuk Seri”.
Besides Mohd Zawawi, who was appointed Federal Court Judge on April 27,2018, the other two recipients were Datuk Hasnol Zam Zam Ahmad, whose appointment as Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs secretary-general took effect yesterday, as well as Malaysia Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (Mampu) director-general Datuk Dr Mazlan Yusoff.The ceremony, held for the first time at Istana Melawati yesterday, also saw 25 people being awarded the Panglima Mahkota Wilayah, which carries the title “Datuk”.
