PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic) has urged Human Resources Minister M. Kulasegaran break his silence on the tighter guidelines set by Social Security Organisation (Socso) for subsidised dialysis.
"I know the cost of dialysis very well because I have family members who had to get dialysis treatments three times a week. The cost was RM250 per treatment and come up to about RM3,000 to RM4,000 a month. It is a heavy financial burden to place on a regular employee.
