KOTA KINABALU: Sabah’s marine conservationists want more action to be taken against fish bombing as divers continue to come across numerous such incidents near protected diving havens across the state.
Founder of Sabah Shark Protection Association (SSPA) Aderick Chong and Dive Rangers founder Jude Junius, who is also Sabah Subsea Professionals Association secretary, said divers had recorded more than 70 fish bomb blasts between July and December 2019 in protected areas, including marine parks across the state.
