PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's lawyer Ramkarpal Singh said in a statement that his client would not be suing Mohammed Yusoff Rawther over sexual harassment allegations contained in a statutory declaration dated Nov 19 last year.

He said that Anwar had initially instructed him to file a defamation suit against Yusoff but Ramkarpal had advised Anwar that it was unnecessary to do so as the Solicitor General had cleared his "good name".
