KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 12,948 accidents and 113 deaths have been reported in eight days since the launch of Ops Selamat.
Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department director Datuk Azisman Alias (pic) said Selangor recorded the highest number of crashes with 3,870 cases, followed by Johor (2,005), Kuala Lumpur (1,540), and Penang (1,059).
