KOTA KINABALU: A school principal has been charged with abusing his power and receiving bribes as an inducement to appoint a company to supply stationery to his school located in the Beluran district.
The 50-year-old was charged at the Special Corruption Court in Sandakan on Wednesday (Jan 22), where he pleaded not guilty to three charges.
