KUALA LUMPUR: A drug syndicate had been offering the sale and delivery of Ecstasy-laced soft drinks, Ecstasy powder and pills via the WeChat mobile phone app.
The syndicate even guaranteed delivery on the same day of payment and offers these services here as well as Penang and in Johor Baru.
