SUNGAI PETANI: Some 50 Fire and Rescue Department officers are fighting to put out a fire covering an estimated 1.2ha which flared up at a landfill here at around 4.10pm on Monday (Jan 20).
The fire is still ongoing due to the strong wind and plastic beneath the landfill.
