This comes a few days after the Youth and Sports Minister suspended an officer with the ministry who was believed to have been involved in the party.

“If any individual is suspected of having committed something wrong, please report them to the authorities because everyone is subject to the law, regardless of position or status, including me, ” he said in a statement.

Adhif and four political special officers were among 17 people caught at the raid.

Police discovered some powdered substance believed to be drugs at the scene.
