PUTRAJAYA: The power transition issue will be discussed and finalised at a suitable time during a Pakatan Harapan presidential council meeting, says PKR secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
He said the big question on the issue was not so much on who would take over as Prime Minister but rather when that would happen.
