KUALA LUMPUR: The Ponggal harvest festival this year was different for student T. Javena who celebrated the auspicious occasion away from home.
The final-year law student from Ipoh, who usually celebrates it back home with her family, chose to observe the festival at the Sree Veera Hanuman Temple in Brickfields here with her friends.
