KUALA LUMPUR: The country's defences will be fortified despite the limited allocation, says the country's 21st Armed Forces chief Jen Tan Sri Affendi Buang (pic) in his inaugural speech.
"The limited allocation is restricting us from full capability development, but this does not mean that we cannot find other ways to strengthen our capabilities," he said.
