Timed to usher in the Year of the Rat, the beer company’s festive campaign “Double cheers, Double winnings” looks to be headed for success with the rousing start.
Star Media Group employees were treated to a delightful lion dance performance with a red lion and a green lion, which befits the colours of CNY and Carlsberg.
This was followed by the tossing of yee sang by both the Star Media Group and Carlsberg management teams, who were led by SMG chief executive officer Andreas Vogiatzakis and Carlsberg managing director Stefano Clini.
Clini said 2020 was a special year and the firm wanted to bring about double rewards for its customers.
He said customers stand a chance of winning a limited edition three-litre Carlsberg bottle when they purchased the firm’s products.
“This is our gift from the heart and brand to our loyal consumers,” he said. “Carlsberg has been a great partner to us and I am thankful to them that such annual visits strengthen our partnership further,” said Vogiatzakis.
There are 1,300 limited edition three-litre Carlsberg bottles still available with 700 of them having been won by lucky individuals.
