GEORGE TOWN: The police have foiled a drug trafficking syndicate for allegedly producing "juice concoctions" laced with Ecstasy into sachets and bottles in two separate raids.
Penang Narcotics Investigation Department chief Asst Comm Maidu Abu Bakar said that the police arrested seven people, including three women, during a two-hour operation that started at 10.20pm on Thursday (Jan 9).
