Envoy: Our citizens in Iran are safe for now

PETALING JAYA: The 60 Malaysians currently in Iran are safe for now despite the escalating tension due to its conflict with the United States, according to the Malaysian embassy.

Malaysian Ambassador to Iran Datuk Rustam Yahaya said half the total were students who were scattered around the vast country.
