KUANTAN: The Kuala Lumpur High Court has granted leave on an application by members of the Save Malaysia, Stop Lynas (SMSL) group for a judicial review of the Cabinet's decision to extend Lynas' operating licence by another six months.
The group's legal adviser Hon Kai Ping confirmed that leave was granted Wednesday (Jan 8) with no objection from the Attorney General's Chambers.
