BEAUFORT: The issue of which is the best party to champion Sabah’s interest, as well as the best arrangement to do it, took centre stage as campaigning for the Kimanis parliamentary by-election entered its third day.

Opposition Barisan Nasional questioned Parti Warisan Sabah and Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal’s “autonomous arrangement in federal-state relationship” even as both sides are proclaiming that it is now an era of “Sabah for Sabahans” to woo the seat’s 29,664 voters.
