KUALA LUMPUR: The proceedings of the suit filed by Damansara MP Tony Pua against Datuk Seri Najib Razak for alleged misfeasance in public office in relation to 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) have been suspended until the former prime minister’s 1MDB criminal case is completed.
High Court judge Justice Rozana Ali Yusof made the decision in chambers yesterday after allowing an application by Najib to suspend the proceedings.
