KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will challenge a move that was filed against it on the right to issue compounds to recover funds which allegedly originated from 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB).
Chief commissioner Latheefa Koya said it was served with the notices and would be challenging the fact that its powers were questioned.
