KOTA KINABALU: Despite the cessation of contracts with Project Delivery Partners (PDP), the Pan-Borneo Highway project in Sabah is still ongoing, says the Public Works Ministry.
In a statement, the ministry explained that the Pan-Borneo project had been handed back to Sabah's Public Works Department to oversee, and this method has saved the Government RM1.2bil.
