PETALING JAYA: An academic group has hit out at the Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) vice-chancellor over the outcome of its investigation into an exam question about controversial preacher Zakir Naik.
Pergerakan Tenaga Akademik Malaysia (Gerak) said the remarks by vice-chancellor Prof Dr R. Badlishah Ahmad avoided the main issue, which was why such a question was followed by an incorrect and restrictive answer set.
