PUTRAJAYA: Former foreign minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman (pic) has failed in his final bid to review a decision by the Federal Court which dismissed his appeal to set aside the Election Court’s ruling that nullified his win on the Kimanis parliamentary seat, which effectively leads to a by-election on Jan 18.
Federal Court judge Justice Mohd Zawawi Salleh, who led a five-man bench, said the power to grant a review was limited and it was only under exceptional circumstances.
