Ammonia in river causes water disruption to 35k households in Muar


JOHOR BARU (Bernama): Water supply to 35,000 households in the Muar district has been disrupted after a high level of ammonia was detected in the Muar river.

State International Trade, Investment and Utilities Committee chairman Jimmy Puah Wee Tse He said the Johor Water Regulatory Body (Bakaj) and Ranhill SAJ would be meeting this afternoon (Jan 2) to look into ways to restore full supply to the affected areas.
