THE Tamilan Uthavum Karangal (Tamilan Helping Hands) will help carry over 200 wheelchair-using devotees up the Batu Caves temple for the 2020 Thaipusam celebrations, Malaysia Nanban reported.
The volunteers will help the devotees navigate the 272 steps up the Batu Caves temple.
