KUALA LUMPUR: In a first for Terengganu, more than 20,000 customers of Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd (IWK) and Syarikat Air Terengganu Sdn Bhd (Satu) will have only one, combined, bill for sewerage and water services.
IWK and Satu have signed an agreement to implement the joint-billing system starting January 2020, with customers set to receive their first joint-bill in March 2020.
