KUALA LUMPUR: About 13 families became homeless after a fire destroyed squatter houses in Sentul here on Friday (Dec 20).
According to operations commander Assistant Fire Superintendent Mior Muhammad Fikri Mohd Zaini, the Fire and Rescue Department received a distress call at around 3pm about a fire near SK Sentul Utama in Kg Kovil Hilir on Jalan Ipoh.
