JOHOR BARU: The total number of flood victims in the state has eased slightly, with 2,669 people from 716 families at 8am on Thursday (Dec 19), down from 2,687 people from 722 families 8pm Wednesday (Dec 18).
State Local Government Urban Wellbeing and Environment Committee chairman Tan Chen Choon in a statement said the number of temporary relief centres in operation remain the same, at 43 in all six affected districts.
