KOTA KINABALU: The proposed issuance of the Temporary Sabah Pass (PSS) to eligible migrants in the state is a continuation of the previous government’s attempt to standardise documents held by these people, says Deputy Home Minister Datuk Azis Jamman.
He said following the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on illegal immigrants, there was a suggestion to standardise the IMM13 passes (for Filipino refugees), Burung-Burung cards (issued by the state in the 1980s) and census certificates.
