KOTA KINABALU: Two foreigners were caught stealing mangrove tree bark at Sungai Togob in the Terusan Kinabatangan forest reserve here.
The duo, aged 34 and 55, were caught by a joint patrol conducted by the police’s General Operations Force (GOF) and Sabah Forestry Department rangers on Saturday.
