PETALING JAYA: The hefty fines imposed on lorry operators, particularly for overloading, should be reviewed by the authorities, says the Pan-Malaysia Lorry Owners Association.
Its president Datuk Ng Koong Sinn said that at present the Road Transport Department (JPJ) enforcement officers were using the provisions under the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) Act against offenders.
