Tragedy investigation reports should be made public to help prevent recurrence, says Lam Thye

PETALING JAYA: Investigation reports on tragedies should be made public to raise awareness on the importance of mitigation measures to prevent recurrence, says Tan Sri Lee Lam Thye (pic).

The Alliance for Safe Community chairman said the cause of tragedies and recommendations to avoid it in future should be made public to instil awareness on the importance of adopting a safety-first culture.
