KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here has allowed Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak to inspect documents that whistleblower Xavier Andre Justo handed to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) as part of the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) investigation.
High Court judge Justice Collin Lawrence Sequerah made the decision on Friday (Dec 13) after hearing submissions from both the former prime minister's counsel, Al Firdaus Shahrul Naing and Senior Deputy Public Prosecutor Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram.
