SIBU: A 32-year-old man is in a critical condition at Sarikei Hospital with third-degree burns on his face after an alleged attempt to steal copper wire from an electric cable went wrong on Tuesday (Dec 10) night.
Sarikei OCPD Deputy Supt Awang Arfian Awang Bujang said on Wednesday (Dec 11) that police arrested the man after he sought treatment at the hospital.
