KANGAR: The state government’s debts increased by 2.8% or RM10.99mil to RM403.32mil last year from RM392.33mill in 2017, said Auditor-General Datuk Nik Azman Nik Abdul Majid.
The audit on the state’s 2018 financial statements and financial performance of its agencies found the outstanding debts increased to RM244.28mil from RM229.88mil in 2017.
