MELAKA: Over 2,600 teenagers have been caught riding motorcycles and driving cars without valid licences in the state since January.
The state’s top cop Deputy Comm Datuk Mat Kasim Karim said 2,658 teenagers were caught this year, an increase of 737 cases from 1,921 cases last year or 38%.
