BUKIT MERTAJAM: A man believed to be mentally unstable has been arrested in connection with the vandalism at St Anne’s Church here.
Several statues at the 19th century church in Jalan Kulim were desecrated at about 4.45pm on Wednesday before a security guard stopped him.
