PETALING JAYA: Photos of a gathering where the attendees are said to be wearing communist uniforms that are being circulated online was taken in Thailand, say police.
Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said the widely circulated pictures also showed a banner with the words that suggest the gathering was in commemoration of the 30th anniversary of the Hat Yai Peace Accord, which marked the end of the communist insurgency in Malaysia.
