BUKIT Gelugor lawmaker Ramkarpal Singh will be the first MP to table and wind up a motion on the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) Bill, says Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Liew Vui Keong.
He said the IPCMC Bill was referred to the Parliament’s Special Select Committee for Consideration of Bills (PSC) in October.
