Almost 50 people duped into buying fake umrah packages


ISKANDAR PUTERI: Twenty police reports have been lodged over a so-called umrah travel package offered by a fake travel agency, involving losses of close to RM350,000.

Johor police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Kamaruddin Md Din said the reports were lodged by 48 people duped into buying the packages throughout the state.
