KOTA KINABALU: The legality of the 18-month-old government of Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal was reinforced when the Court of Appeal here struck out his political arch-rival Tan Sri Musa Aman’s bid to be declared the rightful chief minister.
The three-member bench comprising Justices Kamardin Hashim, Rhodzariah Bujang and Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah dismissed the case after Shafie’s counsel Datuk Douglas Lind applied to strike out the appeal.
