Baling MP and brother's corruption cases to remain with Sessions Court, judge rules

KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court on Thursday (Nov 28) dismissed the prosecution's application to transfer Baling MP Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Rahim and brother Datuk Abdul Latif Rahim's corruption cases from the Sessions Court to the High Court.

Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali made the decision after hearing the prosecution's application.
