THE Education Ministry is optimistic that the final report of the Unified Examination Certificate task force (PPDUEC) will be handed over before the end of this year.
Its minister Dr Maszlee Malik said the report would be compiled with all the transcript copies of each interview conducted during its consultation sessions with various stakeholders.
