High Court to decide bail for Gadek assemblyman on Friday (Nov 29)


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The High Court here has fixed Friday (Nov 29) morning to decide whether Melaka's Gadek state assemblyman detained under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) for his involvement with the LTTE terror group, is allowed bail or otherwise.

G. Saminathan, 34, who was charged with supporting and possessing items related to the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) terror group was remanded at the Sungai Buloh Prison under Sosma.
