KOTA KINABALU: Several Opposition leaders here have banded together claiming that Sabah continues to be neglected as the Federal Government fails to deliver on its promise of returning 40% revenue to the state.

Seven of them issued a joint statement pushing for a proper accounting mechanism to allow Sabah to collect what rightfully belongs to the state, after a gathering to engage the community in Tamparuli on Sunday (Nov 24).
